• Requirements Writing: You document requirements clearly and concisely for stakeholders and technical teams.
• Process Mapping & Diagramming: You create flowcharts and diagrams to visualize business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Wireframing: You design wireframes to illustrate user interfaces and interactions.
• Business Data Analytics: You analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Problem Solving: You identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Communication: You facilitate clear and open communication between business and technical teams.
• Salesforce Technical Knowledge: You understand Salesforce capabilities, including AppExchange, automation, data management, and reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Gather & Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Develop Solutions: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create & Maintain Dashboards & Reports: Ensure stakeholders have access to the data they need to make informed decisions.
• User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users can effectively utilize Salesforce.
• Testing & Validation: Ensure Salesforce solutions are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Your Experience:

• Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Understanding the core functionalities of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Data Management: Proficiency in managing data within Salesforce, including data modeling, data migration, and data quality management.
• AppExchange: Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange to identify and implement third-party applications that enhance Salesforce capabilities.
• Automation Tools: Using Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes.
• Reports & Dashboards: Creating and managing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Integration: Understanding integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Security & Access Management: Managing security settings, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules to ensure proper data access and protection.
