• Data Modelling: You design and maintain data models that support business requirements.
• Identity Resolution: You have expertise in resolving and unifying customer identities across different data sources.
• Segmentation & Insights: You can segment data and generate actionable insights using advanced analytics.
• Data Activation: You enable the activation of data insights across various Salesforce applications and third-party systems.
• Problem Solving: You identify data-related issues and develop effective solutions.
• Communication: You clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.

What You'll Do:

• Solution Design: Design Data Cloud solutions that meet business needs and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Implementation: Build and deploy Data Cloud solutions, including data integration, modeling, and analytics.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources into Salesforce Data Cloud and ensure data quality.
• User Training & Support: Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use Data Cloud tools.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Data Cloud solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other IT professionals to deliver comprehensive data solutions.

Your Experience:

• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Data Management Tools: Expertise in data management tools and techniques, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lakes.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Data Integration: Designing and implementing data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Data Security & Governance: Implementing robust data security measures and governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Analytics & BI Tools: Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for data visualization and reporting.
• AI & Machine Learning: Knowledge of AI/ML tools and techniques, including Salesforce Einstein, to derive insights and predictive analytics.
• Performance Optimization: Optimizing data performance and managing large data volumes to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval.
