What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Technical Proficiency: You're skilled in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You also know your way around web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Integration Skills: You have experience with REST and SOAP-based web services for integrating Salesforce with other systems, and you're familiar with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Custom Development: You can develop custom applications and components using Salesforce’s declarative and programmatic tools, and you have experience with Salesforce DX for source-driven development and CI/CD practices.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: You have strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Salesforce applications, and you can optimize performance to ensure scalability.
• Collaboration & Communication: You work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions, and you can communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning & Adaptation: You stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and you participate in professional development and certification programs to enhance your skills.

What You'll Do:

• Develop & Customize: Create and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Systems: Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Maintain & Optimize: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document & Train: Maintain documentation for developed solutions and provide training to users and team members.

Your Experience:

• Apex Programming: Proficiency in Apex for developing custom business logic.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Building responsive and efficient user interfaces using LWC and JavaScript.
• SOQL & SOSL: Using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) to query and search data within the Salesforce platform.
• Data Modelling: Designing and implementing data models, including objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules.
• APIs & Integration: Understanding and utilizing Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) for integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Unit Testing: Writing and executing unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Declarative Development: Leveraging Salesforce’s declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) to automate business processes without code.
