- Project Management: You manage Salesforce projects from planning to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Experience:
- Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce products and features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Configuration & Customisation: Ability to configure Salesforce settings, create custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Data Management: Skills in managing data within Salesforce, including data import/export, data cleansing, and data security.
- User Management: Proficiency in managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Security Management: Ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Data Analysis: Skills in analyzing data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Business Analysis: Understanding business processes and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Project Planning & Execution: Ability to plan, execute, and manage Salesforce projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
