- Design & Optimize Processes: Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure Systems: Configure ServiceNow applications to align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Document Everything: Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Test & Validate: Conduct testing to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
- Train & Support Users: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ServiceNow platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow environment.
Your Experience:
- Hands-On ServiceNow Experience: Practical experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Requirements Gathering: Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Process Design & Optimization: Experience in designing and optimizing business processes.
- Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- User Support & Training: Experience in providing user support and training.

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
