What You'll Do:

  • Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather detailed requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Design & Optimize Processes: Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure Systems: Configure ServiceNow applications to align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Document Everything: Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications.
  • Test & Validate: Conduct testing to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Train & Support Users: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ServiceNow platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow environment.

Your Experience:

  • Hands-On ServiceNow Experience: Practical experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Requirements Gathering: Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Experience in designing and optimizing business processes.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • User Support & Training: Experience in providing user support and training.

Certifications That Impress:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
