What You'll Do:
- Configure & Manage Systems: Set up and maintain hardware and software systems necessary for business operations.
- Manage User Access: Establish and manage user accounts, ensuring authorized access while maintaining security protocols.
- Automate Processes: Identify areas for improvement and develop automated solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure Security & Backups: Perform daily security backups and restores to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor & Troubleshoot: Continuously monitor system performance and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Document & Report: Create and maintain logs of system performance and issues, providing valuable data for troubleshooting and future planning.
Your Experience:
- Hands-On ServiceNow Experience: At least six months of practical experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- IT Help Desk Experience: Experience with IT Help Desk policies and workflows, beneficial for managing incidents and service requests.
- Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- User Support & Training: Experience in providing user support and training, helping end-users effectively utilize the ServiceNow platform.
Certifications That Impress:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation
