What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Advanced Process Analysis & Documentation: You conduct comprehensive assessments to identify business processes with high automation potential, perform detailed process analysis, and create extensive documentation, such as Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Stakeholder Engagement & Management: You engage with senior stakeholders to understand complex business needs, gather detailed requirements, and define and manage test case scenarios for automated processes.
• Technical Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of UiPath tools and concepts, including UiPath Studio, ReFramework, and various automation techniques (UI automation, API automation). You're proficient in the UiPath Automation Implementation Methodology and tools like Automation Hub, Task Mining, Process Mining, and Communications Mining.
• Collaboration & Leadership: You lead collaboration with Solution Architects to create detailed implementation plans, and work closely with Automation Developers and Test Engineers during workflow testing and deployment.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: You monitor and refine automated processes for ongoing efficiency gains, stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and business analysis best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance automation outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Identify & Assess Automation Opportunities: Analyze complex business processes to identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Gather & Document Requirements: Work with stakeholders to document current processes and define detailed requirements for automation.
• Process Mapping & Feasibility Assessment: Create detailed process maps and evaluate the technical feasibility of automating processes considering existing systems and data formats.
• Support Implementation & Testing: Assist in testing and deploying automated workflows, ensuring they meet business requirements and perform as expected.
• Optimize & Scale: Continuously monitor and optimize automated processes for performance and scalability, adapting to changing business needs.

Your Experience:

• Advanced UiPath Tools Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of UiPath Studio, including advanced features and functionalities. Proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator for managing, scheduling, and monitoring automated processes. Expertise in UiPath Automation Hub, Task Mining, Process Mining, and Communications Mining for identifying and analyzing automation opportunities.
• Process Mapping & Documentation: Ability to create detailed process maps and comprehensive documentation, such as Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Proficiency in using process mapping tools to visualize complex workflows and identify automation potential.
• Data Analysis & Management: Advanced understanding of data extraction, processing, and analysis techniques. Ability to work with large datasets and integrate them into automation workflows.
• Technical Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the technical feasibility of automating complex processes considering existing systems and data formats. Understand the limitations and capabilities of automation tools to provide realistic assessments.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Solution Architects, Automation Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and UiPath technologies. Implement innovative solutions to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness.
