What You'll Do:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and gather detailed requirements.
• System Configuration: Design and configure Workday HCM solutions to meet client specifications.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, execute tests, and ensure the quality of the implemented solutions.
• User Training: Train end-users on how to effectively use Workday HCM.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-implementation.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

Your Experience:

• Workday HCM Configuration: Proficiency in configuring Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Learning.
• Business Process Design: Ability to design and configure business processes within Workday to meet specific client requirements.
• Data Migration: Skills in data migration, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Integration Tools: Knowledge of Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Extend for seamless data integration.
• Reporting & Analytics: Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards using Workday's reporting tools.
• Security Configuration: Expertise in setting up and managing security configurations, including user roles, permissions, and security groups.
• Testing & Validation: Ability to develop test plans, execute tests, and validate configurations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Skills in diagnosing and resolving system issues, providing technical support to end-users.
