Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Before sharing any contact details, you must have the referral’s consent.
• Referrals must be placed in a role by Orchestrto within six months of their registration.
• This referral program does not apply to graduate, school leaver, or entry-level hires.
• Referrals are only valid if Orchestrato has had no prior contact with the individual in the last six months.

Engagement and Payment:

• The referral fee is determined by the level of the position the individual is placed in.
• Referral fees will be paid only after the referred individual has successfully completed the first three months of their engagement.
• You must claim your referral fee within six months of the individual completing their initial three-month period.
• Tax obligations related to the 'Referral Scheme' payment are your responsibility. You must ensure that any taxes owed are reported and paid accordingly.

Referral Scheme

Earn up to £2,000 ($2,500) in vouchers or donate to a charity of your choice through our generous referral scheme if you refer a new candidate or client.
