Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

Before sharing any contact details, you must have the referral’s consent.
Referrals must be placed in a role by Orchestrto within six months of their registration.
This referral program does not apply to graduate, school leaver, or entry-level hires.
Referrals are only valid if Orchestrato has had no prior contact with the individual in the last six months.

Engagement and Payment:

The referral fee is determined by the level of the position the individual is placed in.
Referral fees will be paid only after the referred individual has successfully completed the first three months of their engagement.
You must claim your referral fee within six months of the individual completing their initial three-month period.
Tax obligations related to the 'Referral Scheme' payment are your responsibility. You must ensure that any taxes owed are reported and paid accordingly.
